HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6150 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The only grievance of the petitioner in the CRP is non disposal of EA.No.391/2010 in EA No.467/2005 in EP.No.110/2005 in OS.271/1982 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, which was filed by the petitioner seeking to add him as 8th respondent/5th D.Hr. in EA.No.467/2005 and all consequential amendments.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the matter underwent several adjournments for filing counter. When this Court on 21.12.2017 directed the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, to file a report, the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, filed a report dated 23.01.2018 stating that prior to his assuming charge the matter underwent several adjournments for counter and subsequently due to 'Samaikyandhra agitation'; that soon after his assuming charge he made efforts to expedite the disposal of the said EA, but since both the parties reported not ready from time to time, despite the specific directions, the mater could not be disposed of; and that he will take steps for expeditious disposal of the said EA. In view of the above, the Court below is directed to dispose of the EA.No.391/2010 in EA No.467/2005 in EP.No.110/2005 in

OS.271/1982, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the CRP, shall stand closed.
