Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

Petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.879 of 2016 in LAOP No.30 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupati, on the ground that there is a compromise between the petitioners and 16th respondent in the said O.P. (who is 17th respondent in the said I.A. as well as in this Revision Petition) and that they have also filed a Joint Memo to that effect before the said Court on 24-08-2017. 3.

Having regard to the said prayer, the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, is directed to dispose of the said I.A.No.879 of 2016, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
