HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 2 4 8 2 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Gajuwaka Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, dated 10.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is respectfully submitted that a case was registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.390/ 2018, under Section 420 r/ w 34 I.P.C., and Sections 10 and 24 of Emigration Act and Section 14(b) and 14(c) of the Foreigners Act, 1946, in Gajuwaka Police Station, on 30.06.2018. That during the course of investigation, L.Ws.1 to 26 were examined and their statements were recorded, the accused persons were arrested on 01.07.2018. That after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the IIIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Gajuwaka, on 30.10.2018, DDR No.11193/ 2018, obtained C.C.No.493/ 2018 and it is PT, case posted to 12.12.2018 for appearance of the accused A.1 to A.5."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Gajuwaka Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, dated 10.12.2018.
