ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
".... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representations of the
petitioner and in not taking any action against the illegal structure erected by respondent No.5 over the property in Survey No.196/2, admeasuring 245.7 square yards situated at Sangareddy Town, Medak District, without any title or permission as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent Nos.2 to to consider the petitioner's representations and to take action in accordance with law."
After arguing the case, Mr. Rohit Pogula, learned counsel representing Mr. T.Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to seek enforcement of decree for injunction, dated 31.7.2015, granted by the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy in O.S.No.71 of 2002 against respondent No.2.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.5126 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
