This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad to dispose of C.C.No.85 of 2012 on its file as early as possible.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the material on record would reveal that the police of Golconda filed the charge sheet, after completion of investigation, based on the complaint given by petitioner/de facto complainant for the offences alleged under Section 498 A and 323 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act and the same is numbered as C.C.No.85 of 2012 pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the fact the case is pending from 2012, without going into the merits of the case, the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad is directed to dispose of C.C.No.85 of 2012 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
