THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8795 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not granting police protection in favour of the petitioner to protect his rights, title and possession in respect of agricultural land in Sy.No.40, to an extent of Ac.7.21 gts., Chintapudi Village, Vemanpally Mandal, Adilabad District.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner for grant of police protection in respect of the above stated property.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the various allegations made in the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation that may be filed by the petitioner seeking police protection in respect of the property stated above, and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
