Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an appeal before 3rd respondent challenging the deemed refusal to furnish information by 4th respondent and that the said appeal though filed on 11-09-2017 is not being disposed of by 3rd respondent. 3.

Sri P.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for Acharya Nagarjuna University/respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4, states that 3rd respondent will decide the said appeal within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
