THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY M.A.C.M.A.No.241 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, passed an award on 10.10.2015. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award. The award of the Lok Adalat dated 10.10.2015 shall form part of the judgment.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
