Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Endowments takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri A.Srikanth Reddy, Standing Counsel takes notice for 4th respondent.

Petitioner had made a representation on 01.09.2016 to the 2nd respondent for continuation of Archakatvam services in the 4th respondent-Temple.

Petitioner alleges that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation till date.

The Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
