THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos.5476 and 5483 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:- The grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions are that the fourth respondent is declining to receive and accept the applications of the petitioners seeking pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Petitioners state that they are unable to apply online as these applications are not being accepted.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions from the Tahsildar and if the petitioners apply afresh, action will be duly taken following the procedure prescribed as per the Act.
3. Hence, the writ petitions are disposed of permitting the petitioners to make appropriate application under Form 6A along with the documents and if such an application is filed, the fourth respondent shall consider the same on merits.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
