Today, when the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the Endorsement dated 21.11.2018 is only in the form of an advice given to the petitioner herein. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Jammalamadugu, Y.S.R.Kadapa district promulgated orders under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. On noticing the said order, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will adhere to the conditions stipulated in the said order and will not violate the same. Recording the same, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
