ORDER

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that since the investigation in the crime was completed by the investigating agency and final report was filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C., the question of quashing the proceedings in the crime does not arise. However, he requested to grant leave to file fresh application questioning the charge sheet.

Recording the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
