When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 20.10.2018, to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondents, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, as per law. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 20.10.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate Orders/take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
