HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 8315 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the e-procurement tender notifications, four in number, mentioned in the prayer of the Writ Petition.

This Court by an interim order dated 15.3.2016 directed the respondent authorities to accept the petitioner's tenders and consider the same.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions states that the tenders called for on 17.1.2016, which are challenged in the Writ Petition, were subsequently withdrawn and therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
