The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in seizing the petitioner's Trailor and Tractor bearing No.A.P.04 UA 0672/A.P.04 UA 0930 on the ground that the same is transporting sand from Papagni River and detaining illegally, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the above said vehicle has been produced before the concerned Court. It is further submitted that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.36142 of 2018, directed the petitioner therein to submit an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate.

In view of the order passed under similar circumstances in W.P.No.36142 of 2018, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the appropriate Court, as per the procedure of law, in which event, the concerned Magistrate shall deal with the same on the very same day, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
