THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 32399 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner was aggrieved by the refusal of the respondents 2 and 3 to accept the custodian certificate for admission to the under-graduate medical courses.

At the time when the matter came up for admission on 22.09.2016, we passed the following interim order: "Issue notice to respondent(s) returnable in three (3) weeks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) is also permitted to take out personal notice on the respondent(s) through registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service.

Since the 5th respondent-college, in which the petitioner has already joined the first year of the M.B.B.S.Course, has issued an acknowledgment of receipt of the original certificates, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to permit the petitioner to attend the counseling on the basis of the Custodian Certificate. If she gets allotment, it is her responsibility to get the originals from the 5th respondentcollege, after discontinuing the course of study. Post after three (3) weeks."

Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to attend the counselling and she has also secured admission. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 4.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the University to regularize the admission, subject to the petitioner now securing the original certificates and getting relieved from the other College.
