THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40497 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fifth respondent in not passing the orders recognizing the petitioner Association aided by Dr.Pallam Praveen, President, Telangana Government Doctors' Association (TGGDA), Vaidya Bhavan, Koti, Hyderabad, even though there is specific direction to the fourth respondent by this Hon'boe Court in W.P.No.23338 of 2016 to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to recognize the petitioner association. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation to the fifth respondent on 07.06.2016 and that the same is received by the fifth respondent on 20.06.2016 and till now, the fifth respondent has not passed any orders on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner herein. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fifth respondent, being the competent authority to recognise and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.06.2016, is directed to dispose of the said representation, as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 23.11.2016 pln
