Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2.

Since the 2nd respondent has disposed of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2017 vide proceedings No.169/2016-B1(Pts), dated 16.08.2017, I see no reason to punish the respondents for contempt.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
