This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of respondents Nos.1 to 3 in not taking any action against respondents Nos.4 and 5 for making publication/exhibition of the trailer/teaser of the film "Vangaveeti" in internet/twitter/youtube, without any certification from the 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent not to grant any certification in relation to the film "Vangaveeti". 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the trailer of the film should not be exhibited in the media.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondents Nos.4 and 5 submitted on instructions that respondents Nos.4 and 5 undertook that they will not exhibit the song or trailer of the film in the media. 5.

Recording the above undertaking, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
