Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.20.11.2017 for release of pensionary benefits and other financial benefits due to him from respondents 2 and 3 and that the respondents 2 and 3 are not considering the same. 2.
Sri Uma Shankar Lokanadam, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 & 3, states that respondents 2 & 3 will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation dt.20.11.2017 within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
