O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioners is that even though the petitioners made separate representations dated 06.06.2016 requesting the respondents to make payments of their balance bill amounts in respect of the completed works of construction of ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Mid-wife) Sub-Centre Buildings in the Tribal area of I.T.D.A., K.R.Puram, West Godavari District, so far their representations have not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking appropriate directions.
The learned Government Pleaders appearing for Medical & Health and also Social Welfare Departments on behalf of the respondents have submitted that they will consider the petitioners' representations within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
In view of the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission made by the learned Government Pleaders, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction:
"The respondents are directed to consider the representations dated 06.06.2016 said to have been made by the petitioners
and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioners are aggrieved with the action or inaction of the respondents, they may approach appropriate forum." With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
