The petitioners complaining disobedience of order, dated 15.11.2016, filed the instant Contempt Case.

The counter affidavit of sole respondent refers to complying with the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.23787 of 2017.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the endorsement issued by the respondent in accordance with law.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
