This revision petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, in hearing and passing orders in I.A.No.1211 of 2017 and insisting for hearing in I.A.No.96 of 2017 first.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall stand closed.
