This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the C.B.I.-respondent, in not taking action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 13-06-2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said representation is now forwarded to the Vigilance Department, State Bank of India, Mumbai for taking necessary action pending disposal of the writ petition. In view of the same, it is for the S.B.I. to take further action in accordance with law. 3.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Vigilance Department, State Bank of India, Mumbai, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13-06-2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
