On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader informs that the respondent, due to administrative reasons could not dispose of the representation, as directed by this Court in W.P.No.21599 of 2017 and the respondent would pass orders within four (04) weeks from today. The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. Further, the Assistant Government Pleader is given liberty to communicate the order forthwith, for the contempt case is closed, on the statement made by the respondent. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
