HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 2 4 4 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Ananthapuramu Rural Police Station, Ananthapuramu, dated 30.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is further submitted that the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein have not given any report against the petitioners herein till the date, hence question of Ananthapuramu Rural Police calling the petitioners to the Police Station at the instance of the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein and forcing them to hand over portion of their property to the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein does not rise. The allegations to the contrary made in the affidavit are not correct and hereby denied. It is submitted that the Ananthapuramu Rural Police are not calling the petitioners and not forcing them to hand over their property to the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein.

In reply to para 3 of the affidavit, it is submitted that the Ananthapuramu Rural Police are not supporting the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein. In fact, there is no need or necessity for the Police to support them. It is submitted that the respondents 4 to 8 herein have of the given any report against the petitioners herein till the date. The Police are not acting at the behest of the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein and not trying to force the petitioners to hand over the subject property to them.

In reply to para 6 of the affidavit, it is submitted that, it is not correct to contend that the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein are threatening the petitioners through the SHO of Rural Police Station, Ananthapuramu. It is false to state that the petitioners are being summoned by the SHO time and again for forcible compromise.

In reply to para 7 of the affidavit, it is submitted that, the respondent Police are not abetting and aiding the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein and not trying to force the petitioners to hand over the subject property to the unofficial respondents 4 to 8 herein. It is submitted that the respondent Police are not interfering in civil disputes, as alleged by the petitioners.

It is submitted that, as of now, the petitioners are not wanted in connection with any pending crimes. It is submitted that, if the respondent Police receives any complaint against the petitioners herein, appropriate action will be taken on the same, by following due process of law."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Ananthapuramu Rural Police Station, Ananthapuramu , dated 30.11l.2018.
