THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2196 of 2016 ORDER :

Petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant vide orders dated 01.04.2006 at Chinna Mulkanoor Gram Panchayat, Chigurumamidi Mandal, Karimnagar District. Petitioner is challenging the order of suspension dated 02.01.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Special Counsel produced proceedings dated 30.01.2016 of the Project Director, Karimnagar District wherein final orders are passed removing the petitioner. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law against the order of removal dated 30.01.2016. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
