HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2110 of 2017 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 24.04.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.14702 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the 2nd respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2016 and dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

The respondent filed counter stating that petitioner's representation is being disposed of by Endorsement dated 20.11.2017. He also filed the said proceedings along with the counter.

No reply is filed by the petitioner disputing the same. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders dated 24.04.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.14702 of 2017. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said Endorsement dated 20.11.2017 in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
