HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42426 of 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they made an application on 24.07.2018 before the 4th respondent for issuance of updated pattadar passbooks and title deeds and for release of amounts under Rythubandhu Scheme. As the same is not disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the petitioners cannot file a joint representation and claim benefits individually. When the same is pointed out, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to make necessary individual applications in respect of their claims. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to make individual applications for issuance of updated pattadar passbooks and title deeds and also for release of amounts under Rythubandhu scheme, before the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent shall consider the said applications in accordance with law and take action in accordance with law within two months from the date of making applications by the petitioners. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 26th November, 2018 ajr
