This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting enquiry against the respondents 4 and 5 pursuant to the letter dated 15.05.2018 and 16.10.2018 for making entries illegally in the place of petitioner in respect of petitioner's agricultural lands in Survey Nos.102, 261, 262 and 291, situated at Dasarivaripalem Hamlet of Kanaparthi Village, N.G.Padu Mandal, Prakasam District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced endorsement dated 04.12.2018 stating that orders have been passed on the application of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said orders passed by the respondent on the application of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed on the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
