HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5733 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby directing the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.583 of 2006 within the time bound manner.

The present petition is filed on the ground that A.S.No.1331 of 1998 and C.M.A.No.2329 of 1998 were remanded back to the trial Court vide order dated 13th August 2005, passed by this Court. Consequently, the said matters were re-numbered as O.S.No.583 of 2006 and O.P.No.259 of 2006 respectively, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Guntur. The matters are still pending for the last 10 years even after passing of the orders of remand by this Court. 3.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submission of the counsel for petitioner, I hereby direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, to dispose of the aforesaid matters within four months from the receipt of this order. 4.

The revision petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
