HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 2417 of 2017 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed against respondent alleging willful disobedience of order dated 15.06.2016 in W.P. No.18494 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri C.V.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

Though, delay occurred in complying the orders passed by this Court, learned Government Pleader submits that the same was due to bifurcation of district in the State of Telangana.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, this Contempt Case is dismissed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondent, it is open for them to challenge the said order, in accordance with law, if they are so advised. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
