HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.135 of 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioners who are accused in Crime No.186 of 2015 o f Cherial Police Station, Warangal District, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail. The F.I.R. No.186 of 2015 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307 and 109 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. But, however, criminal petition has been filed stating that petitioners are alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 109 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act only. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
