Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.36363 of 2016, dated 17.09.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to pay entire terminal benefits to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
