This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC aggrieved by the docket order dated 01.04.2017 in E.P.No.51 of 2017 in O.S.No.56 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file fresh CRP. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh revision petition. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
