Mr. Golla Subrahmanyam and others ....Appellants and Mr. Golla Venkata Ramanaiah and others ....Respondents COUNSEL FOR THE APPELLANTS : Mr. M. Sudheer Kumar COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENTS : -----

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.786 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order, dated 08.10.2015 in I.A.No.958 of 2015 in O.S.No.151 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Ongole. Mr. M. Sudheer Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that as the duration for which the direction was issued under the order assailed in the CMA has expired on 06.11.2015 itself, no adjudication of the appeal on merits is necessary. He however, requested for a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the I.A. itself expeditiously.

In view of the above innocuous request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the lower Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.958 of 2015 in O.S.No.151 of 2015 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing both sides. Subject to the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of appeal, AS.MP.(SR).No.9749 of 2016 filed by the appellants stands disposed of as infructuous. ___________________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J ___________________________ A. SHANKAR NARAYANA, J 20th SEPTEMBER, 2016.
