Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Corporation and Urban Development and Sri L.Vekateshwara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. 2.
Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondent. 3.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action against the illegal constructions made by respondent No.5 in constructing the house bearing No.2-3703/2/B/6, Tirumalanagar, Amberpet, Hyderabad, without leaving set-backs on four sides and without permission, pursuant to the representations dated 17.09.2018, 01.10.2018 and 05.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation was made on 01.10.2018 to the Assistant City Planner, bringing to his notice the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondent, till date no action has been taken. 5.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to deal with the representation dated 01.10.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking to demolish the unauthorized constructions in the subject property, made by the unofficial respondent, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as early as possible. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
