ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not transferring the petitioner from the post of Superintendent, Bal Bhavan, Gadwal, Jogulamba Gadwal District to Superintendent, Bal Bhavan, Old City, Hyderabad, even there is a clear existing vacancy arose vide proceedings Rc.No.2174/D1/BB/2016-18, dt 24-10-2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and as per the letter of the respondent No.2 vide Rc.No.1724/Esst 1/2016, dt 14-05-2017, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the Rules and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith appoint the petitioner as Superintendent, Bal Bhavan, Old City, Hyderabad, as the vacancy arose on 25-4-2018 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-1 appearing for the respondents. It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as Superintendent and she is presently working at Bal Bhavan, Gadwal, Jogulamba Gadwal District. Since there is a vacancy of Superintendent in Old City, Hyderabad, she submitted a representation on 27-10-2018 to the respondents. But, so far, no orders have been passed thereon.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders be passed directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that case of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed on the representation submitted by her, in accordance with law. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
