HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA I.A.No.1 OF 2018 IN/AND SECOND APPEAL No.122 OF 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT:

I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed by the petitioners - appellants requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the dispute was settled out of Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners- appellants would submit that the dispute was settled out of Court and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and S.A.No.122 of 2016 stands dismissed as withdrawn having been settled out of Court.
