This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw M.O.P. No.114 of 2017 from the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Vizianagaram. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for both the parties is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner and respondent in M.O.P. No.114 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, on each and every date of adjournment.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner and respondent before the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam in M.O.P. No.114 of 2017 on each and every date of adjournment, is dispensed with. However, they shall appear before the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, as and when their presence is so required in M.O.P. No.114 of 2017. 5.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
