THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25142 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed an appeal in File No.1121/CE.II-2/2006 before the 2nd respondent and that the said appeal is not yet disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for respondents 1 and 2 states that the hearing of the appeal is scheduled to be held on 19.08.2016 in the Chambers of the Hon'ble Minister for HRD, South H-Block, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad at 3.00 p.m., and that steps are taken to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously after hearing the 3rd respondent also.

3. In view of the said submission, Sri Bhaskar, Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent also states that the said appeal be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal, after hearing the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent or their respective counsel, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. It is open to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent to submit their written submissions before the 2nd respondent, if they so desire. There shall be no order as to costs. 5 Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
