THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM C.R.P.M.P.No.4 of 2017 And CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5831 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner filed C.R.P.M.P. No. 4 of 2017 seeking to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition against the impugned order dated 26.10.2017 passed in C.M.A.No.18 of 2017 by the Special Judge for trial of SCs/STs Cases (POA) Act-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Ananthapuram, if the Award is not passed in terms of the Memo of Compromise and settlement terms by the Lok Adalath.

The contents in the affidavit filed in support of the C.R.P.M.P.No.4 of 2017 are also reiterated in the Court. C.R.P.M.P.No.4 of 2017 is, therefore, allowed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Court in the event the matter is not settled before the Lok Adalath.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
