THIS COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The non-passing of interim order by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') while issuing notice, before admission, to the respondents in O.A.No. 1866 of 2016 on 25-05-2016 is assailed in this Writ Petition.

2. In the above mentioned O.A., the petitioner has questioned his suspension as Prohibition and Excise Sub Inspector. He has sought for interim suspension of the said suspension order as an interim relief.

3. A perusal of the order of the Tribunal shows that written instructions were received from the respondents (evidently by the Government Pleader) and, thereafter, notice before admission was issued returnable by three weeks. As rightly argued by Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, the Tribunal ought to have considered the interim relief claimed by the petitioner pending admission of the O.A. As this was not done, it is appropriate that the Tribunal considers the interim relief pending admission of the O.A. Accordingly, the Tribunal shall consider and pass appropriate interim order, after hearing both sides, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

5. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 23535 of 2016 stands disposed of as infructuous.
