HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 2 5 3 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Renjal Police Station, Nizamabad District, dated 23.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "On a complaint of the petitioner herein lodged with the Police of Renjal Police Station, Nizamabad District, a case in Cr.No.112/ 2018, under Sections 447 and 379 r/ w 34 I.P.C., dated 06.10.2018, was registered against Mr.Bathiri Poshetty and others as they criminally trespassed into the agriculture land of the petitioner and committed theft of Soyabeen crop and took away the crop from the fields and taken up the investigation into the case.

During the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer examined as many as witnesses and recorded their detailed statements. As per the evidence, notices under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C., were served on the accused A.1 to A.4.

It is pertinent to submit that the averments made in the affidavit are the subject matter of investigation in Cr.No.112/ 2018, for which, a detailed investigation is under progress.

To complete the investigation, it requires 1 month time to the investigating agency for completion of the investigation into the case."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of

Police, Renjal Police Station, Nizamabad District, dated 23.11.2018, with a further direction to complete the investigation, as assured in the said instructions.
