HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.LAXMAN IA.No.1 OF 2021 IN/AND FCA.No.516 OF 2018 JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) This appeal is filed against the Order and Decree dated 31.08.2018 passed in OP.No.1125 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

During the pendency of the appeal, the Appellant-husband and the 1st respondent-wife have amicably compromised the matter and are ready to take mutual divorce in terms of the compromise. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2021 was filed by the Appellant/husband seeking decree of divorce in terms of Memorandum of Understanding-cum-Matrimonial Settlement Deed dt.21.12.2021 by dissolving the marriage between them.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for respondent.

The appellant-husband and respondent-wife are present in person through virtual mode and they are identified by their respective counsel. They have also filed copies of Aadhaar cards in proof of their identity.

In view of the above, the Memorandum of Understandingcum-Matrimonial Settlement Deed dt.21.12.2021 entered into between the parties is hereby recorded and IA.No.1 of 2021 is ordered. A decree be drawn in accordance with the terms of

Memorandum of Understanding-cum-Matrimonial Settlement Deed dt.21.12.2021 and a copy of the same filed by the Appellanthusband shall form part of the record. Accordingly, the FCA is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding-cum-Matrimonial Settlement Deed dt.21.12.2021 entered into between the parties and the order and decree dated 31.08.2018 passed in OP.No.1125 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, is set aside granting divorce to the parties by mutual consent.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the FCA shall stand dismissed.
