HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42602 of 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the 2nd respondent in Appeal No.B1/5634/2007, against the proceedings, dated 19.06.2007 issued by the 3rd respondent. As no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the Statutory appeal filed by the petitioners is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law after issuing notices to the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notices to the affected parties.. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
