Respondent Counsel for the petitioner : Sri S.U.V.Srinivas Counsel for the respondent : Sri M.V.K.Viswanadham THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondent in issuing sale notice dated 02-04-2016 published in "New Sunday Express" English newspaper by fixing the E - auction date is on 12-05-2016 relating to the scheduled mentioned property is illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to cancel the E - auction of the said property and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. Sri P.Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as n o interim order was granted by this Court, the sale was held and that, therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition, as conceived, does not survive for

adjudication.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 19775 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
