This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 11.07.2016 in I.A.No.376 of 2016 in O.S.No.51 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, Chittoor District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed a letter on 06.04.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
