This revision is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.976 of 2015 in O.S.No.63 of 2015 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

Undisputedly, the said I.A. was filed for appointment of an advocate commissioner and is pending before the trial Court. 3.

Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the lower Court to dispose of the said I.A. within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on its own merits. The lower Court is further directed to dispose of the main matter expeditiously, subject to the other priorities.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
