This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the letter dated 06.10.2018 of the 6th respondent stopping operation of the Account No.34075513785 of the 7th respondent - Society. 3.

This Court, by order dated 12.12.2018, directed the petitioner to furnish the list of employees, along with the amount of salaries payable to them, to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Ukkunagaram (NH-II), Sector-II, Ukkunagaram, Visakhapatnam, and the Branch Manager was directed to release the amounts payable to the employees. The connected Writ petition being W.P.No.29857 of 2018 was disposed of by a separate order directing the election officer to conduct elections to the 7th respondent - Society.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the arrangement made by virtue of the interim order, dated 12.12.2018, shall continue till a regular Managing Committee is put in place of the 7th respondent - Society. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
